Competitive Gymnastics Team

ConXion Gym is a USAG Club Member.

We offer Compulsory Levels 2 through 6, Optional Levels 7 through 10, and Xcel Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Work out times vary per level.  Levels 3 and up are required to attend dance once per week.

ConXion  Cheerleading Team

Multiple squad opportunities.  Children ages 5 and up are welcome.  Placement on the cheer squad is based on age, skill level, and attitude.  Practice includes stunting, tumbling, dance, and cheer.
