Recreational Gymnastics
Children are placed in class by their age and brought to that level of performance. USA Gymnastics is divided up into levels. Each level requires mastery of certain skills before a gymnast moves to the next level. Women’s gymnastics starts at Level 1 and includes all four events; vault, bars, beam and floor exercise. Girls progress individually up through the various levels till Level 10, and then to Elite Gymnastics. Although it is never required for a student to participate as a team competitive gymnast, our program does allow each student the opportunity to move from the recreational program to a competitive team. All classes use the following training schedule; Warm-up, event rotations, and conditioning.
Twinkle Stars (3 and 4 yr olds) - This program is designed to allow your child (ages 3 and 4 years old) to participate in an activity that promotes fun and physical fitness through the sport of gymnastics. It is also the goal of this program to introduce important socialization skills such as listening, following directions, waiting for turns, and interacting with new friends. ($65/month)
